Natural Colon Cleansing Recipe 10: Beet, Lettuce and Spinach Juice

- 10 pieces of beet, cut
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 5-8 cups Romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 8-10 carrots, peeled
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cucumber
- 1 bunch celery
- Add all of the above ingredients into a juicer.
- Remove the ingredients from the juicer once the mixture is smooth.
- You may store this juice in the refrigerator and bring it out when required.
