Natural Colon Cleansing Recipe 2: Pineapple and Kale Smoothie

- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup pineapple, sliced
- 4 celery stalks

- Place the following ingredients into a blender: cucumber, kale, celery stalks, pineapple and green apple.
