Natural Liver Cleansing Recipe 8: Carrot, Apple and Bell Pepper Juice

Most of the ingredients in this juice recipe are wonderful anti oxidants and possess wonderful detoxification benefits. It also controls diabetes, high cholesterol levels and high blood pressure. It is also an excellent immune booster and it will assist in fighting off infections.


  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 3 carrots peeled and chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon


  1. Place the carrot, cucumber and apple into a blender and blend.
  2. Add the remainder of the ingredients and blend until they are smooth and well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a serving glass.

This juice also helps with keeping the skin healthy and it has anti aging properties. Therefore it is recommended to have this juice at least once a week. It is also good for vision and it keeps your hair healthy, shiny and strong. This recipe also burns fat and assists with certain cancers.
