It depends. Diabetics can eat pizza at 1-2 slices twice a week but the preparation should be made by you. It is advisable to make your own pizza at home and use wheat bread or roti as the base, add more vegetables and lessen the cheese and sauces. Most pizza preparations in restaurants use whole wheat bread and a lot of cheese and butter which are considerably high in carbohydrates and calories.
