Natural Liver Cleansing Recipe 2: Orange and Cranberry Juice

This juice recipe contains purified water which is extremely beneficial for detoxification purposes. It will effectively cleanse the liver. This juice recipe will also assist with urinary tract infections, heart problems, it will also lower the cholesterol levels and will boost the immune system.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 7 cups water, purified
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • A little Stevia to taste

Method

  1. Heat up a small-medium size saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the cranberry juice and water to the saucepan. Bring it to a light boil.
  3. Add the ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and stevia to the mixture and stir it in.
  4. Allow this mixture to cool, then add the lemon and orange juice.
