Detox & Weight Loss Recipe 2: Mango and Peach Smoothie

Besides this smoothie recipe being very tasty and attractive once prepared. It contains all the proper ingredients that are required for weight loss and detoxification. The ingredients are rich sources of vitamin A and C. These vitamins also assist with combating colds and flus.


  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 peach, halved
  • 1 cup water, purified
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed
  • A few ice cubes


  1. Add the mango and peach into a blender and blend on low for approximately 2 minutes.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until they are well combined.
  3. Pour intoa tall serving glass.
