Detox & Weight Loss Recipe 4: Carrot and Beetroot Juice

Most of the ingredients in this juice recipe assists with effectively cleansing out your system and removing all unwanted wastage and harmful toxins. By drinking this juice, you will notice a significant loss in weight. This juice is also packed with a variety of vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, peeled
  • 1 beetroot, must be fresh and peeled
  • 2cm piece ginger
  • 1/2 a cucumber
  • 1 cup water ( or half a cup)

Method

  1. Place all of the above ingredients into a juicer.
  2. Remove them from the juicer until they are crushed and well combined.
  3. Pour into a serving glass.

This juice recipe is very simple and easy to make. It is also perfect for having at lunch or supper time, or even a snack in between. Its ingredients are also very satisfying and will keep you full until the next meal.
