  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 avocado
  • 8 oz chicken, cooked, shredded or cubed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves, fresh
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Combine the avocado, olive oil, basil and garlic in a blender and blend these ingredients until they are smooth.
  2. Transfer this mixture into a serving bowl.
  3. Add the cooked chicken to the avocado mixture and mix it all up well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
